In my career and community I talk with tons of people about how they want their lives to be. The thing I hear most often is “I need to exercise more”.
What we see in other people we assume came naturally, yet we become overwhelmed thinking about the work it would take for us to get to the same level.
While I value the experiences, feelings, growth, emotions and education and I could have written about any of it, the one thing that stood out the most in this dynamic week, was something so simple I honestly surprised myself.
If you are like me and sometimes find yourself with critical thoughts about others in your life you might find this one interesting.

you have the ability to see your flaws for what they are and what caused them to be, accept them as a part of your current state, and create a way for them to no longer cause you pain or cost you joy.
We tend to measure our daily status against the vision of our achieved goals and get disappointed and frustrated when they aren’t the same. Much of progress is invisible for the majority of the time it is being made.
