It's still #Tuesday, which means that there's still time for a #TuesdayTimeout ๐Ÿ˜‰ When you spend your time #workingonme, #daybyday, #committed to #progress and making #habits that will make #success, we all know, "we dream in the dark for the most part". There's no #magicmirror to show us what we're actually changing. When we're in #thegrind we don't see what's changing, we can only see the step ahead, the thing in front of us, the bit we're #improving right now. We know what we're working toward, and we have seen others on this #journey have success doing what we're doing, but there are many long, painful, unappealing days before the #bloom. This is a #timeout to remember, what you're building is huge. It's crucial. It's everything! No visible success comes without 10x as much invisible work.๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ๐ŸŒฑ๐ŸŒง

This week's #TuesdayTimeout comes straight from the #citrus aisle @wholefoodsportlandme ๐Ÿ˜‰ Choose right now that you will do everything in your power to give no #energy to #negativity. Challenges will keep coming, but you get to #decide whether they ruin your day, hijack your #progress, and keep you stuck... Take a breath, brush it off, find the #humor, and move along! You've got better ways to use that energy โ˜บ๏ธ๐Ÿ’š๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿฝ
#TuesdayTimeout... If you want to #riseabove the needless #chaos, if your #purpose is greater than your desire for #procrastination, if you have #biggoals but even bigger #distractions, the greatest #skill you can learn is how to #quiet and #focus your #mind. Modern society is filled with things to steal your focus and attention, from #socialmedia and constant availability of #technology and #information to petty arguments, consumerism and media inspired self-doubt. With all this vying for your precious thoughts, keeping your #mindset where it needs to be is a constant process. Start by making time to let those distractions fall away, and your mind to stop racing. Put down your phone, pause Netflix, turn off the radio, close your eyes and #takeabreak. Feel the #power of your breath, let your mind think your own original thoughts, focus on your goals and ideas while the thoughts of others fade away.
