The last three perspectives I’ve shared have been centered around being *on*. This week we’re going to take a break from all these mentally challenging objectives and instead talk about cultivating a mindset of relaxation.
As you may have noticed, there was no new blog post last week. I was in the mountains, enjoying the new blanket of snow, learning new skills and dodging trees on the way down the hill.
Any venture can be an adventure with the right mindset.
ou and I and everyone else see the world through our own unique set of goggles, with a heads up display. We start life with a smudge free pair of crystal clear specs and a HUD that only blips in recognition of a few choice people.
I don’t have all the answers. Heck, I don’t think I even have half the answers about this topic alone, but I do know that more beautiful things wait on the other side of accepting, loving and embracing your body.
This week in thinking about relationships and their complexities, I realized our strivings for relationship directly mirror the needs we work to fill in our broader lives.

Getting things done, staying positive, working toward a complaint-free gratitude-filled life can be a struggle. On the daily. Kind of a minute by minute thing some days.
