Life is your own grand plate spinning show. It’s yours to make as elaborate, impressive, peaceful, collaborative, or entertaining as you want.
What would change in your day to day life if you believed that you were put here to continue to learn and grow and mature every day?
I know it sounds simple, a bit boring, sort of ridiculous even, depending who you are. That’s ok. Sitting around thinking only sounds strange because honestly, it doesn’t seem to happen very often these days.
The reason we haven’t had this discussion before, is because I don’t have any answers. It’s been a long time brewing though, and I know that we need to talk about it.
It isn’t 100% constant, and I’m not saying that all of your cravings will make sense, but giving them their due attention and doing what you can to show your body that you’re on board with keeping it happy and healthy is a huge step in the right direction.
